Nutrition, nutrients. Feeding the body what it needs to function. Diet, supplements, Water, rest, sunshine, activity. These are the things that will heal the body and make it flourish.  And don’t forget feed the body, feed the mind, feed the soul.

And one last point, for all. Laugh. Laughter truly is the best medicine, don’t dwell on your condition and your alleged prognosis, I did and it held back my healing. A naturopath once told me as his parting message “Remember, things are ten times worse in your head than they actually are in real life, laugh, laugh at everything, don’t be hard on yourself, forgive your mistakes and live to fight another day” Laugh and live, this too shall pass. It’s science.
