I feel the need to post my Protocol success story here because I had such a fantastic day, it’s only the right thing to do! A little over two months ago I found this group. I was really sad, really depressed, and my neuropathy (small fiber neuropathy which I have from head to toe – yes, full body) was really, really bad. I was constantly burning, tingling, felt like I had bugs crawling all over me, my feet and hands were so numb, I felt like someone had injected them with Novocain. I was very miserable. I started on the Protocol a week after I joined the group after reading other member’s testimonies because I thought, really, what do I even have to lose at this point? I want to mention, I was never on medication for my neuropathy because I had read horrible things about those drugs, so I didn’t detox from anything. I just dove right into the Protocol and within two weeks, I was feeling better. My all over burning had greatly subsided, especially in my feet, and the tingling was 50% gone. I still had a hard time walking long distances at that point because my feet were so numb and annoying, but I was definitely feeling improvements.
At this point, two months in, I am SO much better. I have actual feeling coming back in my hands and feet. My feet are 50% less numb than they were to start with. This morning I walked 4 miles around a pumpkin patch and I loved every minute of it. I definitely would not have been doing that 2 months ago. The burning isn’t a thing I deal with anymore, unless I have an episode of stress and it comes back a little bit in my mouth, feet, and hands, but it’s manageable. Tingling is 80% better. That creepy crawly bug feeling is 80% better. I feel better every single day. I can’t tell you what it means to me to be enjoying my life again, especially considering that a few months ago I felt like my life was over with at 30 years old. That was very depressing for me.
I want to mention as well that I have an autoimmune disease called rheumatoid arthritis and I have a few other autoimmunity issues and that is assumed to be where my neuropathy is stemming from. In addition to the Protocol, I also completely changed my diet and I no longer eat gluten, grains, dairy, soy, corn, or nightshades. I eat plenty of grass fed meat, wild caught fish, bone broth, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables, and PLENTY of healthy fats, such as the hempseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk, and ghee. I drink a gallon of water every day. I keep my diet low carb (ketogenic) – this change in diet has helped my autoimmunity tremendously and the Protocol has quite honestly saved my nerves and help heal them after my immune system launched an attack against them. Sorry this is so long, but really am so grateful for Bob, the Protocol, and this group. My fellow moderators here are like my family and the member’s of this group are like my friends. I wish nothing but the best for all of us and I hope we continue to heal and find happiness in our lives. #theprotocolworks
