This is not my story; it is but a chapter. Today, for the first time in two years, I was able to take a bath rather than a shower, (the shower spray triggers nerve pain and flares). I am now able to bend my knees enough so that I am now able to luxuriate in my tub. So thankful for this group and the Protocol works.
