I went to my first appointment yesterday to The Pearlman Cancer Center. I met my oncologist and many of his team of nurses and techs. What I found out is that I have triple negative breast cancer. And an aggressive tumor. I was tested for BRCA1 and BRCA2 also with blood draws. These test results take 2-3 weeks to come back.
I will be scheduled for surgery soon and hoping that this hasn’t spread into my lymph nodes that lead to other areas of my body or organs.
I’m hoping to also go to Daytona Beach to just breathe and put my feet in the calming nutrient ocean waters and feel the sand beneath my feet. This will bring me joy before this surgery.
I have a strong will to fight this cancer by staying informed, positive and with supportive people that love me and that I also cherish. I am very happy to be in this fine group of caring loving sharing supportive members. I will fight this to the end and beyond. My life has been so much enriched by knowledge I receive from all of you and I’ve gotten my life back and have been enjoying it to its fullest since joining and using the protocol and will continue doing so for as long as I can.
