I have a new, positive “symptom” to report. For the past two days, I can notice a difference when I take my shoes off. It used to feel the same but now I can feel a twinge of relief and actual air, and notice that I have them off. If that makes any sense, its actually huge to me and a sign I was begging for to have some hope. #theprotocolworks
