Went to the Yankee game today. I work for an Entertainment Company in NJ and the Yankee’s are one of our clients. Our bosses take us to a game each year. (5 years in a row) I am going into my fourth week and did 7051 steps today. (Yankee Stadium is really big) #theprotocolworks I did not pay more attention to my feet then the game and walking. It was so good not to feel the tingling and numbness at all. My feet were tired when I got home but a change of shoes helped and my evening pills also.
