After only a month or so, it is so nice to walk without hanging onto the walls. Also, this weekend I discovered that my dress shoes with a 1 -1/2 inch heal fit again! It’s been over 2 years . And they feel good! I’m just totally blown away. I thought I was stuck in geriatric shoes forever. Now when I experience pain, I look to see what part of the protocol I missed. So much better that taking meds.
