Just returned from my General Practitioner (doctor). cholesterol is down from 6.2 to 4.9. I need further test on kidney and liver function and will need to wear a blood monitor machine for a day – just to confirm it has gone down. However my own, home readings are proving my blood pressure has dropped into acceptable levels.
I provided the list of elements to my doctor and she has no concerns with what I am taking. In fact is pleased I am looking so well and my overall health has improved.
