Busy week here in Southern In. With the garden production has keep me busy and my wife is gone till Wednesday at the National Scrabble Tournament. 5 Grandchildren came to swim on Friday and 3 spent the night and French toast and sausage for breakfast and rollerblading this afternoon! Just regular activities before PN but my last 4 years till April my sleepless nights and the painful tingle and burning keep me from being the Grandpa that I wanted to be! Coming next week I have been on the Protocol for 4 months and for the last 2 my sleep is terrific, My pain is reduced 40-70% and am able to play golf and do just about anything I want within reason! My feet and hands are still numb and more pain on rainy days but from where I was to where I am now is mind boggling! If you think it will never work for you well, That’s what I thought too! #theprotocolworks
