Have to say… I have been on the protocol for 3 weeks now (had 2 days where I misinterpreted the D3 numbers but I am good again) and I felt awesome this weekend! Took my son to Disneyland on Friday and walked for 5hrs, took him to a car show the next day, and today the whole family went to the beach (sand on the feet not as fun feeling). Starting some experimental physical therapy next week to go with my protocol and I am going to kick this things ass! #theprotocolworks
