Thank you for all you have done. Been on the protocol since Jan 2018 and I’ve gotten my life back. Huge decrease in my pain. I sleep really good most nights. Prior to I was lucky to get 3-4hrs! I’m still working on improving even more. We are our own enemy for sure. I know if I get off course and eat too much sugar or too many carbs the pain comes rushing back. It’s a constant battle but I know how to control it. #theprotocolworks
