I haven’t been on here in a while, just giving a cursory glance at some of the questions and whatnot but I have to share. I’ve been on the Protocol for about a month now, I lost count but I knew I had to buy more stuff so I assumed it’s been about a month. Before the Protocol, I needed a cane just to walk into the kitchen or bathroom. I’m 29 years old, I thought my life was just done and I would be confined to a wheelchair and doped up on pain meds. Last weekend, I completed my very first 5k with absolutely NO PAIN. I went into thinking I’ll take breaks as needed, I didn’t need a single break. Then I completed an hour of yoga. It was part of this triathlon I had signed up for. I’m living and thriving proof that #theprotocolworks
