On protocol for 5 months and have had nothing but steady improvement. Now, an awakening I guess. Here is the positive: It’s a needed reminder of how bad it used to be. I have to get off my feet several times a day, and when i do i find myself saying “oh, my poor feet”. This is what I used to say all the time. Had not said those words for months, and truthfully, I had forgotten how painful they were. Just waiting for it to pass. Still drinking lots of water and avoiding sugar. Hanging in there. I know that I suffer very little compared to others. #theprotocolworks
