Today is my one year anniversary on the protocol and my new normal, I was one that thought it was too much too swallow every day and too expensive and now it’s a part of my life, I can do just about everything I want thanks to the protocol, I have been a baker for 45 years and still bake today, I still have tingling and burning every now and then but nothing I can’t live with, I’m 64 years old and looking forward to 65, Hope everyone has a painless day, Thanks Bob Diamond for all your sacrifice so I can post this #theprotocolworks
