Update on foot Doctors appointment: my doctor looked at my feet and said.. “what on earth did you do?”
Ummm..?
He did the diabetic neuropathy testing.. he did x rays.. ect.. he came back and said.. “Well.. what ever it id your doing keep doing it!”
He explained that he had never seen so much increase in circulation in type one diabetic EVER!
The swelling is only new fluid reaching areas not accustom to the extra blood flowing around down there. I also have a slight irritation to my shoes on my toes causing them to be red and a bit swollen as well. Time for new shoes! Yea!!!
I have made progress folks.. !!! Even though I am not quite on the full Protocol just yet.. I am aiming to reach even higher!!!!
