I started the protocol after a lot of reading, watching Bob’s videos and thinking that there’s got to be a better way.
My feet were progressively getting worse. The shocks, the numbness. Seeing blood on a big toe that I have no idea how I injured myself. I couldn’t relax and watch TV with my family because my feet were burning so bad. I would get so upset if one of my dogs walked over my feet. The only relief I got was freezing them with what I called ice slippers. I wore these in bed every night. Just hoping that I would fall asleep.
I started the protocol in January of this year. At that time, my brain was completely fried because of the meds I was taking. Which I only took for about 10 weeks total. I didn’t have any issues taking the protocol. I felt like I was doing the most positive thing for my body. 5 months in now, I can sit and watch a little TV. My feet have settled down. I’m getting some feeling back. I’m relaxed and can function again. I no longer wear “ice slippers” to bed. I sleep very well and wake up rested! I know I’m on the right path. Thanks to Bob and all his research. It is so greatly appreciated!
