Can I just say how much #theprotocolworks!! I Have Charcot Marie Tooth disease (CMT) and have had a pressure ulcer on my toe for almost a year and three weeks ago underwent foot/toe surgery to correct my hammer toes. I am still unable to bear weight or walk due to I have pins in my toes but I went back to work today! without pain medication. I only took pain meds for the first three days actually.
