Feeling excited about getting off BP meds that I’ve been on since my 40s. See my pcp Feb 24, have labs scheduled for Feb 22 and hoping I can get off the 25mg spironolactone and 25mg hydrochlorothiazide meds for BP. Have been keeping records to show how #theprotocolworks to lower BP.
